1. This revisional application has been filed with a prayer for expeditious disposal of the Title Suit No. 40 of 2014 pending before the learned Civil Judge (Junior Division), 1st Court, Contai, Purba Medinipur.

2. It appears that on successive occasion, the plaintiff was directed to show cause as to why the suit was not dismissed and several adjournments were granted to the plaintiff.

3. Nature of the prayer does not demand, in my opinion, service of notice upon the opposite party. Service upon the opposite party is dispensed with.

4. I have gone through the certified copy of the orders.

5. Learned Civil Judge (Junior Division), 1st Court, Contai, Purba Medinipur is requested to dispose of the Title Suit No. 40 of 2014, pending since 2014, within one year from the date of communication of this order, after giving an opportunity of hearing to

both the parties but without giving any unnecessary adjournment.

6. Learned counsel on behalf of the petitioner is at liberty to file application for preponing the date of haring of the suit after service of notice upon the opposite party.

7. Petitioner is at liberty to communicate this order to the Learned Civil Judge (Junior Division), 1st Court, Contai, Purba Medinipur.

8. With this observation, the revisional application stands disposed of.

9. All the parties shall act on the server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.
