Learned Advocate for the private respondent says that in spite of dismissal of the writ petition, the Asansol Municipal Corporation has not taken any steps to demolish the impugned structure in its entirety. A substantial portion still remains in existence. We put that on record. It will be open to the private respondent to take appropriate steps in accordance with law.
