None ... for the petitioner None ... for the State The present revisional application of the year 2022 has been preferred against the final order dated 02.09.2022 in C.R.R. No. 2020 of 2019 filed under Section 482 of Cr.P.C. wherein this Hon'ble Court stayed the Operation of Judgment Order dated 07.02.2018 passed by the Ld. Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class and confirmed by Ld. ASJ 1st, Howrah vide order dated 24.09.2019 for four weeks subject to deposit of 50% of the cheque amount and in default the stay shall be vacated automatically, which led to filing of SLP (Crl.) No. 9424 of 2022 which was disposed on 31.10.2022 with directions of the Hon'ble Supreme Court of India to deposit the amount awarded by this Hon'ble Court within four weeks from 31.10.2022.

The criminal revision has not been moved till date. None appears today on repeated calls.

Considering the order of the Hon'ble Apex Court passed in SLP (Criminal) 9424 of 2022 dated 02.09.2022, the present

revisional application being not maintainable stands disposed of.

Pending applications stand disposed of.

Interim order, if any, stands vacated.

Let a copy of the order be sent to the learned trial court at once.
