Petitioner contends he had a romantic relationship with the victim. He had purchased property from her father who is a land broker. There were disputes over payment of commission and petitioner has been falsely implicated. Accordingly, he prays for anticipatory bail. 2.

Learned Advocate for the State opposes the prayer for anticipatory bail. He submits petitioner had shared obscene pictures of the victim with others.

We have considered the materials on record. Investigation reveals petitioner had shared obscene pictures with his friend through online messaging platform. This prima facie discloses his intention to subject the victim to embarrassment by showing sexually explicit/pornographic materials.

Keeping in mind the nature of offence, we are of the opinion this is not a fit case to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner. 5.
