Materials in the case diary suggest that the Indian Passport of the petitioner is fake.

Petitioner is unable to establish his nationality conclusively.

Considering the nature of the crime in which the petitioner is involved, we are not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner and the prayer for bail of the petitioner is rejected.

The application being C.R.M. (DB) 3729 of 2024 stands dismissed.
