The father of the petitioners was an Assistant Teacher at Joyalbhanga Primary School under Jhargram East Circle, District Jhargram.
The petitioners are praying disbursement of the terminal benefits of the deceased teacher alleging that the same has not yet been disbursed.
Learned advocate for the State files the instruction being Memo No. 272/JGM/PE/24 dated November 14, 2024 which he has received from the District Inspector of Schools (PE), Jhargram, the respondent no.5 herein; let it be kept with the record.
It appears from the said instruction that the respondent no.5 has already directed the Sub-Inspector of Schools (PE), Jhargram East Circle, the respondent no.7 herein to process the disbursement of the said terminal benefits of the deceased teacher.
Mr. Ranjan Saha, learned advocate for the Jhargram DPSC submits that all the heirs of the deceased teacher have not been impleaded in the writ petition.
The respondent no.5 is directed to take steps for disbursement of terminal benefits of the said deceased teacher in accordance with law, and while doing so, shall
ensure that no heirs and legal representatives of the said deceased teacher is deprived.
No affidavit since has been invited, the allegations made in the writ petition are deemed to have been denied by the respondents.
WPA 26754 of 2024 is disposed of with the above terms without any order as to costs.
