Petitioner is in custody for over 466 days. He submits there is slow progress of the trial of the case. He prays for bail. Learned Advocate for the State opposes the prayer for bail. He submits four witnesses have already been examined. We have considered the materials on record. There are ample materials implicating the petitioner in the murder. Trial has already commenced.

Under such circumstances, we are not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.

Accordingly, the prayer for bail of the petitioner is rejected.
