The present revision has been preferred praying for quashing of entire proceedings in connection with Matia Police Station Case No. 402 of 2022, dated 20.10.2022, under Sections 498A/323/325/307/406/34 of the Indian Penal Code , 1860 read with Sections 3/4 of the Dowry Prohibition Act, 1961 now pending as G.R. Case No. 4681 of 2022 before the learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Basirhat, North 24Parganas. None appears on repeated call.

The present revision is disposed of with the direction that the petitioner shall be at liberty to raise the issue raised in the present case before the appropriate forum.

The revisonal application being CRR 4365 of 2022 stands disposed of.

All applications connected thereto stand disposed of.

Interim order, if any, stands vacated.

Let a copy of the order be sent to the learned trial Court for compliance.
