2. The challenge in this appeal is to the order dated 30th October, 2019, passed by learned Single Judge in W.P. No. 22864(W) of 2018. Learned Single Judge recorded that the grievance is relating to a civil dispute between the petitioner and the private respondent for which a civil suit is already pending. Thus, interference is declined.

3. We do not see any illegality and infirmity in the order. Hence, the intra-court appeal is dismissed.

4. Interlocutory order (if any) stands vacated.

5. No order as to costs.
