The present writ petition had been preferred praying for direction upon the respondents to release the pension, gratuity
and other retiral benefits to which the petitioner was entitled. From the documents filed by the Municipality it appears that the grievance of the petitioner is being duly looked into.
Accordingly, the writ petition is disposed of with the direction that the Municipality and Director of Local Bodies shall dispose of the grievance of the petitioner as stated expeditiously.
Accordingly, writ petition being 25785 of 2018 is disposed of.
All connected applications, if any, stand disposed of.
Interim order, if any, stands vacated.
