The report states that the seized articles did not conform with the FSS regulation of synthetic colour preparation and mixture. The vehicle of the petitioner was used to transport the seized articles.
It is claimed that the seized articles belong to the business of the husband of the petitioner.
Complicity of the petitioner in the incident cannot be overlooked at this stage.
In such circumstances, we are unable to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.
Accordingly, the prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioner is rejected.
C.R.M. (A) 5614 of 2022 is dismissed.
