It is submitted that the petitioner has not received revised PPO.

The Law Officer of the Office of the Director of Pension, Provident Fund and Group Insurance has handed over the revised PPO to the learned counsel for the petitioner.

The concerned Treasury Officer shall immediately release the revised pension to the petitioner along with arrears within a period of seven days from date.

In that view of the matter, the contempt application shall stand disposed of.

In view of dismissal of the contempt application, connected applications, if any, shall also stand disposed of.

Rule, if any, shall stand discharged.

There will be no order as to costs.

Interim orders, if any, shall stand vacated.
