Perused the case diary.

Considering the incriminating materials available in the case diary including the statements of victims and others and the injury reports of the victims showing compound fracture of forearm, cut injury over foot and fracture of part of mandible of another victim, I do not consider this is to be a fit case for granting anticipatory bail. Accordingly, the application for anticipatory bail of the petitioners is rejected.
