1. The grievance of the petitioner is that she is 65 years of age and has applied for release of old age pension under the "Duare Sarkar-2021" Campaign.

2. It is the petitioner's case that the petitioner has applied for the old age pension on 26th February, 2021 but till date the authorities have not considered the request of the petitioner for grant of petitioner's old age pension.

3. Learned counsel for the respondents has filed a report and submits that the application filed by the petitioner is under active consideration.

4. The report submitted by the authorities be kept with the records.

5. In view of the submissions made by the respective parties and the materials on record, this Court finds

that the petitioner has already made a representation before the authorities for the release of the old age pension but till date the authorities have not released and the same is under active consider before the authority. Accordingly, the writ petition is disposed of by directing the respondent-authorities to consider the representation of the petitioner for grant of old age pension under the "Duare Sarkar-2021" Campaign within a period of 4 weeks from the date of receipt of such order.
