Affidavit of service and copy of the GRIPS e-Challan evidencing payment of deficit court fees filed on behalf of the petitioners be kept with the record.

The petitioners are the Assistant Teachers of various primary schools in the district of 24Parganas (South). The petitioners are complaining that the District Primary School Council, 24-Parganas (South), the respondent no.5 herein is not issuing release order in favour of the petitioners to enable them to undergo the two years D.El.Ed. course for the session of 2024-2026.

Mr. Kaushik Chowdhury, learned Advocate for the West Bengal Board of Primary Education submits that the Board by a Notification bearing

N.845(24)/WBBPE/D.El.Ed./2024/78P-05/2024, dated November 06, 2024 has requested the Chairman/Chairperson of all the District Primary School Council/Primary School Council of the State to issue release order to all in-service Primary Teachers enabling them to undergo the said course. He files copies of the said notification, let it be kept with the record.

Mr. Das, learned Advocate for the District Primary School Council, 24-Parganas (South) submits that such release order in terms of the said notification would be issued shortly.

In view of such development, WPA 26761 of 2024 is disposed of by directing the Chairman, District Primary School Council, 24-Parganas (South), the respondent no.6 herein to take steps in terms of the aforementioned notification.

There shall be no order as to costs.

Urgent Photostat certified copies of this order, if applied for, be supplied to the parties subject to compliance with all requisite formalities.
