Due to inadvertent mistake in the order dated 16.02.2026 in the heading portion of the order the number of the case has been wrongly written as CRR 4741 of 2025 in place of CRR 4741 of 2024.

Let the said correction be incorporated and be made part of the order dated 16.02.2026 and other portions of the said order shall remain unaltered.
