Affidavit of service filed in Court is taken on record.

The petitioners complain that the private respondents continue to threaten and intimidate them into withdrawing the complaint against them.

It appears that Egra Police Station has registered FIR 610 of 2022 in which investigation has been completed and the Charge Sheet has been filed. 4.

Egra Police Case No. 263 of 2021 has also been investigated and the Charge Sheet has been filed. Trial has commenced.

In view of the above, Egra Police Station and/or the S. P., Purba Medinipur shall assess the threat perception of the petitioners and deploy necessary security.

The petitioner and his family members shall be escorted back into their residences.

7.

For the aforesaid purpose, the petitioner and his family may report to the O. C., Egra Police Station on 29.06.2023 at 11 a.m.

In view of continuous threat, the Egra Police Station shall approach the Public Prosecutor for seeking cancellation of the bail of the private respondents.

The writ petition is disposed of.

10.

There will be no order as to costs.

All parties are directed to act on a server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.
