Having heard learned counsel for the petitioners, the instant application being CRR 4994 of 2025 is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to file afresh in respect of self-same cause of action.

The certified copy of the order filed by the petitioners may be returned to the petitioners on submission of authenticated copy of the same.
