The petitioner complains that the Jagacha Police Station is harassing him at the instance of the private respondent.

Jagacha Police Station is represented and has filed a report dated 10.01.2023, which is taken on record.

It appears that there is a civil dispute between the petitioner and the private respondent with regard to return of advance money of Rs.5,00,000/- for purchase of electrical goods.

The private respondent has complained to the Police on 4th July, 2022 against the petitioner. 5.

The Police have taken out proceedings under Section 107 of the Cr. P. C. against the petitioner. 6.

There is no inaction on the part of the Jagacha Police Station.

The writ petition is disposed of.

8.

There will be no order as to costs.
