The petitioner is aggrieved by the long pendency of the revisional application before the learned Additional District and Sessions Judge, Fast Track Court, Baruipur, South 24-Parganas in Criminal Motion Case No. 128 of 2019. Learned Advocate submits that the next date has been fixed on 1st of February, 2024.

Having regard to the fact that almost four years will expire by the next date so fixed before the learned revisional Court, I direct the learned revisional Court to dispose of the revisional application by 30th April, 2024.

No further time be stretched in connection with the time limit so fixed.

With the aforesaid observations, the revisional application being CRR 4383 of 2023 is disposed of.

Pending connected application, if any, is consequently disposed of.

All concerned parties shall act on the server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.

Urgent photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be supplied to the parties upon compliance with all requisite formalities.
