The learned Government Advocate has presented report dated 12.01.2021 made by Officer-in-charge, Bizpur Police Station.

We take that report on record.

We record the submission of the learned Government Advocate that the boy allegedly went missing from Maharastra and that there is a GD Entry to that effect. The parents of the missing boy had also lodged a First Information Report before the Bizpur Police Station. The learned Government Advocate is justified in saying that the Bizpur Police ought to have transferred that case to the Maharastra Police.

We record the submission and dispose of the writ petition directing the Bizpur Police Station to do the needful in accordance with law without delay.
