Petitioner claims that his business is being disturbed at the behest of the private respondent nos.8 and 9.

Learned advocate for the private respondent nos.8 and 9 being the financial company and its officials are present before this Court.

State has submitted a report. Report reflects that the accusations made by the petitioner has been enquired by the Officer-in-Charge, Samsherganj Police Station and found to be baseless. Prima facie, it reflects that the relationship between the petitioner and the respondent nos.8 and 9 arose out of hire purchase agreement. Petitioner would be at liberty to approach the appropriate authority/forum for ventilating his grievance.

With the aforesaid observations, WPA 26782 of 2024 is disposed of.

There will be no order as to costs.

Report submitted by the learned advocate for the State be kept with the record.
