The grievance of the writ petitioner has been redressed.

2. The learned advocate for the State submits that the encroachment from the public road has been removed.

3. It is contended on behalf of the petitioner that although the encroachment has been removed, the debris and other materials are still lying in front of the petitioner's house on the said public road.

The PWD authorities are directed to coordinate with the local panchayat authorities and other local bodies in order to ensure that the debris and other materials lying on the public road are removed within a period of two weeks from date, so that the petitioner has clear access to his house from the public road.

5. Accordingly, the writ petition is disposed of.

6. All the parties are directed to act on the basis of the server copy of the order.
