Kundu, Mr. Arjun Basu ...for the LICI The writ petitioner is aggrieved by the fact that despite show cause, asking him to explain alleged misconduct to which the petitioner has replied, the LICI has not taken any decision on the agency of the petitioner.

Counsel for the LICI submits that the petitioner's agency has been terminated.

In those circumstances, since the petitioner claims that he has not received any formal communication of the termination, the LICI shall communicate the termination letter to the petitioner, within a period of 7 days from date.

The petitioner may take appropriate measures as he may be advised in accordance with law.

With the aforesaid observations, the instant writ petition shall stand disposed of.

There shall be no order as to costs.

All parties shall act on the server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.
