Heard the learned Counsels for the parties.

We have considered the materials on record. Amal Khan had raped a minor boy. A criminal case being Manikchak Police Station Case No. 118 of 2024 dated 12.02.2024 was registered against him but he is absconding. Petitioner is his wife. She along with others threatened the family of the victim. In view of the aforesaid materials on record, we do not consider it prudent to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.
