Two applications for anticipatory bail are taken up for consideration as they emanate out of the same police case. Learned Advocate appearing for the State submits a repot dated November 30, 2022 which be taken on record. Such report states that the process for proclamation and attachment as against both the petitioners stand completed. In such circumstances, we are unable to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioners.

Prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioners is rejected. CRM (A) 5620 of 2022 and CRM (A) 5621 of 2022 are dismissed.
