I am of the considered view that by efflux of time the writ petition has become infructuous.

Consequently, the writ petition is disposed of. Interim order, if any, stands vacated.

There shall, however, be no order as to costs. Urgent certified photocopy of this order, if applied for, be supplied as expeditiously as possible. (Partha Sarathi Chatterjee, J.)
