1. Petitioners submit co-accused have been granted anticipatory bail. Petitioners are not the principal accused and stand on the same footing with them.

2. Accordingly, we grant the same relief to the petitioners.

3. Accordingly, we direct that in the event of arrest the petitioner shall be released on anticipatory bail upon furnishing a bond of Rs.10,000/- each with two sureties of like amount each, to the satisfaction of the arresting officer and also subject to the condition as laid down under Section 482(2) of the B.N.S.S. Petitioners shall appear before the jurisdictional Court and pray for regular bail within a period of four weeks from date.

The application for anticipatory bail is, thus, allowed and disposed of.
