The petitioner complains of alleged inaction on the part of the Kasba Police Station in looking into a complaint against the private respondents.

The petitioner is stated to have taken substantial sums of money from number of people from Bangladesh to facilitate their transportation to Europe.

Kasba Police Station has registered a written complaint dated 26.08.2022 that the petitioner is not cooperative.

4.

The petitioner may co-operate in the investigation after registration of an appropriate FIR. 5.

Both the petitioner as well as the private respondent shall be heard by Kasba Police Station and suitable decision be taken in this regard.

The writ petition is disposed of.

There will be no order as to costs.
