Joint compromise petition has been filed by both the parties with a prayer to quash the impugned proceedings. Since an amicable settlement has been arrived between the parties. It is further submitted by the learned advocates that another proceeding being CRR 647 of 2026 appeared before the learned coordinate Bench where also compromised application was filed by both the parties in terms of the direction passed by the learned coordinate Bench report which has been submitted before the Court which prima facie shows parties have amicable settled the dispute. Copy of the said order downloaded from the Calcutta High Court website be kept on record. Since learned advocate have jointly filed application on which the other proceeding between the parties has been disposed of by quashing the proceeding by the learned coordinate Bench.

This Court is of the view same order can be passed in this case. Accordingly application so filed which discloses voluntary

settlement arrived between the parties and for their interest mutual co-existence and considering the report submitted before the learned coordinate Bench instant criminal application being CRR 4747 of 21024 is hereby allowed. The impugned proceeding being GR 2873 of 2024 corresponding to Baguiati Police Station case no. 418 of 2024 dated 22.07.2024 and chargesheet no. 439 of 24 dated 31.08.2024 is hereby quashed and all the connected applications are also disposed of.
