1. Petitioner renews the prayer for bail.

2. Learned advocate appearing for the petitioner submits that, in the earlier order of rejection dated March 19, 2024 passed in CRM(DB) 858 of 2024, co-ordinate Bench recorded that the prosecution assured the Court that the trial would be completed within six months from date. She submits that the trial is yet to be concluded.

3. Learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing on behalf of the State submits that there are at least four criminal cases as against the petitioner involving the Arms Act amongst others. He submits that out 18 prosecution witnesses 16 were examined.

4. Petitioner before us was identified in the TI parade. Firearms and the motor cycle were recovered from the possession of the petitioner. There are four other criminal cases as against the petitioner.

5. In such conspectus, it is not desirable to enlarge the petitioner on bail at this stage of the trial. Signed By :

6. Prayer for bail of the petitioner is rejected.

7. CRM (DB) 3881 of 2024 is dismissed.
