1. This intra-court appeal is directed against the order dated 28.10.2024 passed in WPA 26091 of 2024.

2. The writ petition was filed by the appellant praying for a direction upon the police authorities not to disturb the writ petitioner's possession in violation of the order of temporary injunction passed by the civil court.

3. Learned advocate for the appellant has drawn our attention to the interim directions issued by the civil court which has been filed as Annexure P-6 in page 94 of the stay petition. From the said order it is seen that already a direction has been issued to the concerned police to ensure that no violation of the order of injunction takes place.

Thus, if the appellant/writ petitioner is aggrieved by any violation of the order passed by the learned Civil Court, it is well open to the appellant/writ petitioner to move the concerned court for further reliefs and in the interregnum to file a writ petition will undoubtedly result in multiplicity of proceeding.

4. Therefore, we are not inclined to entertain this appeal.

5. The appeal stands dismissed.
