This is an application alleging violation of an order dated 22nd November, 2024.

It is contended on behalf of the petitioner that notwithstanding a direction on the respondent authorities and more particularly the Pradhan being the respondent no. 7 to consider and dispose of a representation dated 24th September, 2024, there has been no compliance with the above direction.

The alleged contemnors are represented.

Upon perusal of the above contents, Mr. Banerjee,

learned advocate appearing for the alleged contemnor assures this Court that the respondent no. 7 would dispose of the representation of the petitioner dated 24th September, 2024 positively within two months from date.

In view of the above submissions, the instant application being CPAN 764 of 2025 in WPA 26805 of 2024 stands disposed of with a direction that the respondent no. 7 is to comply with the order dated 22nd November, 2024 positively within two months from date.
