1. By way of filing this public interest litigation, which is second in line, the petitioner seeks for implementation of the order and direction dated 22nd August, 2023 issued by the Registrar of Cooperative Society, West Bengal. Upon perusal of the order it seems that the Registrar has issued certain directions, which are contained in pages 3 and 4 of

the said order. The order itself directs the matter to be completed within a period of three months. Therefore, it would not be proper for the petitioner to approach this Court at this juncture and seek for a direction upon the concerned person to implement the order dated 22nd August, 2023 passed by the Registrar of Cooperative Society before conclusion of the time limit. In any event, when an order has already been passed, the appropriate authority as directed in the order dated 22nd August, 2023, shall complete the entire exercise in terms of the said order within a period of three months and take appropriate action in accordance with law.

2. With the aforesaid observation, the writ petition is disposed of.
