1. The petitioner seeks transfer on self medical ground. Her application for transfer reached the District Inspector of Schools but the medical report of the CMOH is yet to be obtained.

2. The instant writ petition stands disposed of by directing the District Inspector of Schools, Secondary Education, Nadia to take necessary steps to proceed with the petitioner's application for transfer on self medical ground and dispose of the same after conducting medical examination of the petitioner by the CMOH at the earliest but positively within a period of eight weeks from the date of communication of this order.

3. If the CMOH opines in favour of the petitioner, then the application of the petitioner shall be forwarded to the School Service Commission for consequential steps to be taken.

4. The writ petition stands disposed of.

5. Urgent photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be supplied to the parties upon compliance of all requisite formalities. (Amrita Sinha, J.)
