Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the private respondents have made some unauthorized construction on public land which belongs to the Irrigation Department. Representations were made to the concerned SDO and others in this regard on 23.10.2024, but no steps have been taken.

Learned counsel for the private respondents denies the allegations.

No one appears for the State.

It appears that a representation of the petitioner is pending consideration of the concerned SDO/respondent no.8 about removal of alleged unauthorized construction on public land.

Let the respondent no.8 consider the same and decide it in accordance with law and after hearing the concerned parties expeditiously, preferably within a

period of six weeks from the date of communication of this order.

With these observations, the writ petition is disposed of.
