We have considered the materials on record. It is alleged petitioner had attempted to strangulate his wife. Statement of the victim is corroborated by medical evidence. 3.

In view of the aforesaid materials, we are of the opinion this is not a fit case to grant anticipatory bail. 4.

Accordingly, the application for anticipatory bail is, thus, rejected.
