For the opposite party no.2 Mr. Ranabir Roychowdhury Mr. Sandiip Chakraborty ... for the State The present criminal revision of the year 2022 has been preferred praying for quashing of investigational proceeding in Bowbazar Police Station Case No.113 of 2022 dated 19th April, 2022 under Sections 120B/405/406/409/467/468/471 of the Indian Penal Code, 1860 and the corresponding proceedings in G.R N.S Case No.344 of 2022 presently pending before the court of the Learned Additional Chief Metropolitan Magistrate (2nd Court), Calcutta.

Learned counsel for the defacto complainant submits that at the time of filing the present revisional application, a prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioner no.2 had already been rejected and the petitioner no.1 is already in custody. None appears on behalf of the petitioners on repeated calls. The matter was last heard on 28.11.2023.

Considering the conduct of the petitioner, the revisional application is disposed of with the direction that the petitioner shall

be at liberty to raise the issues in the present revision before the appropriate forum.

Revisional application being CRR 4378 of 2022 stands disposed of.

Pending applications stand disposed of.

Interim order, if any, stands vacated.

Let a copy of the order be sent to the learned trial court at once.
