Petitioner renews his prayer for bail. He submits coaccused Ananda Saha has been granted bail. Learned Advocate for the State opposes the prayer for bail.

We have considered the materials on record. He is the principal accused. His bail prayer was rejected on merits in August, 2022.

Under such circumstances, we are not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner on merits or on parity. Accordingly, the prayer for bail of the petitioner is rejected.
