This instant revisional application is directed against the impugned order dated 6th February, 2013 passed by the learned Trial Court in connection with Matrimonial Suit No. 140 of 2012. By passing the impugned order learned Trial Court directed the present petitioner/husband to pay maintenance pendent lite @ of Rs. 4,000/- per annum till disposal of the case and another sum of Rs. 10,000/- as cost of litigation.

Being aggrieved and dissatisfied with the said impugned order the present petitioner/husband has preferred this instant revisional application. It appears that this revisional application is pending since the year 2013 and on earlier date petitioner was directed to serve notice upon the opposite party but that order passed by this Court has not yet been complied with. So, it is reasonably presumed that this petitioner has lost interest to proceed with the present revisional application. Accordingly, revisional application being C.O. 3159 of 2013 is dismissed for default.

Interim order, if any, stands vacated.

There will be no order as to cost.
