1. This revisional application has been filed with a prayer for expeditious disposal of proceeding being M-181 of 2019 (T.R. No. 207/2019) under Section 125 of the Code of Criminal Procedure pending before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Bongaon, North 24 Parganas.

2. Considering the prayer of the application service of notice upon the opposite party stands dispensed with.

3. Learned Judicial Magistrate, Bongaon, North 24 Parganas is requested to dispose of the proceeding under Section 125 of CrPC in connection with M-181 of 2019 within six months from the date of communication of the order without affording any unnecessary adjournment to either of the parties.

4. Petitioner is at liberty to communicate this order to the learned Trial Court for information.
