Parvez Ahmed Siddiqui Mr. Abhijit Chakrabirty ...for the Applicant Mr. Bhaskar Prasad Vaisya Mr. Nilay Baran Mandal ....for the alleged contemnor The present contempt application is taken up for consideration pursuant to the order dated 13th January, 2023 in presence of the learned advocates representing the applicant as well as alleged contemnor.

It has been submitted by Mr. Bhaskar Prasad Vaisya, learned Additional Government Pleader that the order dated 30th September, 2015 has been complied with and the decision has been communicated to the applicant. Such submission is made on behalf of the alleged contemnor upon placing reliance on pages 7 & 8 of the affidavit of compliance affirmed by the Director of Pension Provident Fund & Group Insurance on 8th February, 2023. Such affidavit of compliance is taken on record.

In view of compliance of the order dated 30th September, 2015 the contempt application stands disposed of and the contempt proceeding stands discharged.
