2. One report is received from Suman Roy Chowdhury, I/C, Kaliachak P.S., Malda to the effect that the appellant Saharab Sk. expired on 11.11.2022.

3. In view of such, the instant appeal stands abated on account of the death of the sole appellant.

4. With the aforementioned observations, the instant appeal being CRA 622 of 2012 stands disposed of.

5. Department is directed to send down the LCR along with a copy of today's order forthwith.
