Counsel for the school submits that petitioner is guilty of suppression of material facts. It is submitted that the petitioner had on 23.09.2022 informed the school that the process of issuance of NOC should not be proceeded with as there is no vacancy in one school of choice. Subsequently, the school has forwarded the petitioner's application to the concerned D.I. without the NOC. The NOC is lying ready with the school.

Let the NOC be forwarded by the school to the concerned D.I. physically since the "Utsashree" portal is not functional. The concerned D.I. may take further steps in terms of the transfer rules in physical form and communicate to the School Service Commission for further process. The entire process shall be done offline. The contempt application shall stand disposed of. Rule, if any, shall stand discharged.

There shall be no order as to costs.

All parties shall act on the server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court. (Rajasekhar Mantha, J.)
