Mr. Navanil De Mr. Subhrajit Dey ...for the petitioner Mr. Pratick Bose ...for the State This is an application under Section 401 read with Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure filed by the petitioner challenging an order dated 8th September, 2010 passed by the learned Sessions Judge, Purulia, thereby setting aside the order dated 28th July, 2010 passed by the learned Executive Magistrate at Purulia in connection with Misc. Case No. 35 of 2009 under Section 144 of the Code of Criminal Procedure.

It is submitted by Mr. Navanil De, learned advocate for the petitioner that the instant revisional application becomes infructuous due to efflux of time. This Court also shares the same view as of Mr. De.

For the reasons stated above, the instant criminal revision is dismissed on the ground that it has become infructuous.
