Heard learned counsels for the parties.

Learned counsel for the State submits that all the links pertaining to the petitioner have been removed from the social media platform.

It is very unfortunate to note that the residential address of the petitioner has been disclosed in various documents in course of investigation.

The investigating agency is directed to remove the same at once and ensure that the identity of the victim is not disclosed in any manner whatsoever.

During pendency of the writ petition, the complaint lodged by the petitioner has been registered as FIR and investigation is in progress.

The investigating authority is directed to conduct the investigation in a fair, impartial and unbiased manner and take the same to its logical conclusion in accordance with law.

The writ petition is disposed of accordingly. There shall, however, be no order as to costs. Since no affidavit is invited, the allegations contained in the writ petition are deemed not to have been admitted. Urgent certified website copy of this order, if applied for, be supplied to the parties upon compliance with all requisite formalities.
