akb Mr. Supratik Basu ...For the Petitioner Due to inadvertence, in the order dated February 10, 2023, the number of the Matrimonial Suit in the 3rd line of 2nd paragraph at page 1 and 3rd line of 3rd paragraph at page 2 of the have been wrongly written as "Matrimonial Suit No. 1924 of 2022 instead of Matrimonial Suit No. 1294 of 2022. Moreover, in the 1st line of 3rd paragraph at page 2 the name of the learned Court below wrongly written as "Learned District Judge, Alipore, South 24 parganas" instead of "learned Additional District Judge, Fast Track, 4th Court, Barrackpore".

Let such correction be incorporated in the order dated 10th February, 2022 and be made part of the order dated 10th February, 2022. The other portion of the order shall remain unaltered.

Certified copy of the order dated 10th February, 2022, if already supplied, be corrected accordingly. Urgent photostat copy of the order, if applied for, be supplied to the parties on priority basis on compliance of all necessary formalities.
