Petitioner submits over the self-same occurrence two criminal cases were registered. In the earlier case there is no allegation of attempt to murder. He has been granted anticipatory bail in the earlier case. He prays for anticipatory bail in the present case.

Learned Advocate for the State opposes the prayer. 3.

We have considered the materials on record. Over the self-same issue two separate criminal cases were registered. Petitioner has been granted anticipatory bail in the earlier case. In the present case allegation of attempt to murder has been added.

Nature of injuries are simple and attending circumstances would not support the graver offence. 4.

Under such circumstances, we are inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.

Accordingly, we direct that in the event of arrest, the petitioner viz. Anirul Sk shall be released on bail upon furnishing a bond of Rs.10,000/-, with two sureties of like amount each, to the satisfaction of the Arresting Officer and also subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 482(2) of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023. She shall appear before the jurisdictional court and pray for regular bail within four weeks from date.
