Petitioner was aggrieved by the fact that his representation with the police authorities dated 22.01.2024 was not acted upon.

Learned advocate appearing for the state has submitted a report which reflects that the police authorities have already registered Domjur Police Station Case No. 349 of 2024 dated 04.05.2024 wherein after completion of investigation, charge sheet has been submitted before the jurisdictional court. Report reflects Title Suit No. 290 of 2024 is also pending.

In view of the steps taken by the police authorities the purpose for which the present writ petition has been preferred, is subserved.

So far as the entry of the petitioner at the house is concerned, the learned Civil Judge (Junior Division), 4th Court, Howrah on a prayer of the present petitioner would pass necessary and specific directions.

With the aforesaid observations WPA 26847 of 2024 is disposed of.

Report so submitted be kept with the record.

A copy of the report has been handed over to the learned advocate appearing for the petitioner. All parties shall act on the server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.
