The petitioner is aggrieved by the manner in which the expert has dealt with the objection filed by the petitioner in the 2nd SLST 2025.

Submission is that the expert committee did not consider the study materials provided by the petitioner in support of the submission that the answer given by the petitioner is correct.

I have heard respective submissions made on behalf of the parties and perused the report filed by the Commission.

It appears that the petitioner objected to question no.4 of series D. The objection was that the correct answer will be option 'C' and not 'B'. The preliminary answer key recorded that answer 'B' will be correct and the expert concurred with the preliminary answer key.

The Court not being an expert over the subject would not like to re-assess the question or the objection raised by the candidate.

In view of the above, the Court is not inclined to exercise jurisdiction in the matter. The writ petition fails and is hereby dismissed.
